They are also willing to add special foods that you love to your Wedding Weekend to make it more personalized. Not only is the property absolutely gorgeous, the staff and service were top notch. There is no where like Cedar Lakes Estate. Wedding planning is included in the contract but not provided. Everyone could not help but notice the impeccable service, the attention to detail and the quality of every meal. They were available to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot of them). The flowers and her personal touches made the day feel so intimate and personal. From the trees to the food to even the bathrooms in the barn, it is all spectacularly beautiful, elegant, and tasteful. The vibe was all about love and happiness and fun. The reception was even better in their incredible barn. When my (now) husband and I got engaged, we knew that we wanted to avoid the typical "wedding halls" and get married in a place that reflected our relationship, our personalities, and our love for the outdoors. We were so busy talking to everyone we never even got to have the homemade smores during our rehearsal dinner, but that's how it goes. We then moved to the Dining Pavilion for the reception, and that huge fire pit was what originally sold me on the venue. We searched for over a year to find the perfect venue. We rented CLE for the whole weekend and many of our guests stayed in the cabins from Friday to Sunday. From the first time we toured the property, Stephanie and the entire CLE team made us feel like we were longtime friends. And best of all, they really made the weekend personalized for us - they were super supportive of our personal touches and came up with great ideas based on what we were hoping to achieve. They worked with us to find a new date in 2021 that felt safe. Instead of worrying if everyone else was ok, or if everything was running smoothly, we were able to actually just be in the moment and enjoy every second. On the website under accommodations "The Lodge" is described as a " 5-bedroom deluxe home overlooking the lake" guests however CANNOT stay in those accommodations. The RSVP date for our guest to book their rooms was approved by management.
