I think it is. No problems with vehicle so far but it has a small turn circumference when turning the steering wheel. The paint is peeling and the roof's paint has faded. The vehicle is durable and has potential if taken care of consistently. The car have good gas mileage also it has good tires on the car. But it's a good car it gets me from point A to point B. I have traveled in the car to Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
